10+ years shipping to production at scale. Deep in one of our pillars (software, DevOps/SRE, AI, cloud, security). Comfortable embedded in client teams. Strong written communication; you'll write design docs that clients keep using after we leave.
10+ years running multi-team initiatives at enterprise scale. Comfortable in executive briefings and standups in the same day. Honest status reporters. SAFe / PMP / CSPO welcome but not required.
You won't be staffed on a project where you're the most senior person by 7 years. Every engagement has a senior team. The work is hard and the peers are good.
Most of our engagements ship something into regulated production within the first quarter. You'll see your work used by hospital systems, banks, and carriers.
Above-market base. Performance bonus tied to client outcomes (real, not theatrical). Health, dental, vision, retirement match. Remote-first.
We track outcomes, not chargeable hours. Bench time is for skill development, internal R&D, and recovery — not billable padding.
Founders and partners are still in code. Architecture decisions made by people doing the work. No "consulting partners" who haven't shipped in a decade.
Most engagements are remote-first with quarterly client on-site weeks. We don't run weekly Monday-to-Thursday-on-site grinds.
