Terms governing your use of this website. Engagement-specific terms are set out in separately negotiated Master Services Agreements (MSAs).

1. Acceptance

By accessing core923group.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes, including reviewing our services and contacting us about engagements. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy content beyond fair-use referencing
  • Impersonate Core923 Group LLC or its personnel
  • Submit false information through our forms
  • Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm others

3. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, code — is owned by Core923 Group LLC or licensed to us. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission.

The "Core923" name and C9 mark are trademarks of Core923 Group LLC.

4. Service descriptions

Service descriptions on this Site are illustrative. Actual engagements are governed by negotiated agreements (MSAs and Statements of Work). Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or contract.

5. Engagement terms

Consulting engagements are governed by separately executed Master Services Agreements. The MSA controls in case of conflict between the MSA and these Site Terms.

Standard engagement terms include:

  • Confidentiality: mutual NDA covering both parties
  • Intellectual property: client owns deliverables produced specifically for the engagement; Core923 retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Liability: capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months, except for indemnification obligations
  • Term: per Statement of Work; either party may terminate for material uncured breach

6. No warranties (Site)

The Site is provided "as is." We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy. Information on the Site is not legal, financial, or professional advice — engage us under an MSA for that.

7. Limitation of liability (Site)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core923 Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for direct damages arising from the Site (separate from any engagement) is capped at $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Core923 Group LLC for claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Both parties waive jury trial.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
